• A Media Landing Professional will come out to your home to speak with you and assess your needs (Service Charge does apply)
• You will be presented with a quotation for all products and services offered in a very short period of time
• Upon acceptance of quotation (service charge will apply to quotation), ML will get started quickly and finish the job in a timely manner
• ML will not finish until you say we are finished
• Upon completion, a ML professional will give you full one on one training on how to get the most out of your automated home, including training on all applicable devices such as computers, touch panels, remote controls, etc.
• Additionally, ML will provide any applicable wiring schematics that we wired, and all printed documentation for all products installed
• One week after training, a ML professional will contact you and be sure that everything is working as needed, and answer any questions you may have. Furthermore, at your request, we will come back to your home for "refresher training or additional device cofiguration. There is no additional charge for this service.
• Two weeks after the initial training, a ML professional will again contact you for the same reasons stated above
• Four weeks after training, an ML professional will contact you once again, and ensure that you are 100% satisfied with everything. If not, we will do everything in our power to make you happy

We are not satisfied until you are happy with the work we have performed for you.  Media Landing will ensure that all aspects such as HD picture optimization, universal remote programming, touch pad programming, and the like, are all to your complete satisfaticon.  will you get that kind of service from a squad of geeks?  How about a burning dog?  I think not. We are a service company.  We want you to be happy.  NOTE: Customer Satisfaction does not include re-installation of hardware or hard-wired products to different locations in your home.
